	Carpet Cleaning
	What cleaning method do we use?
	We use the hot water (steam cleaning) method. It is recommended by carpet manufacturers such as Shaw and Mohawk as their preferred cleaning method.
	How long dose it take to dry?
	In most cases your carpet is completely dry in 2-4 hours. How ever with our quick dry process dry time is drastically reduced to 1-2 hours.
	Do we move furniture?
	We can move some light furniture at no charge. To move all furniture there is a minimal fee of $12.50 per room. We do not move electronics, loaded book shelves, beds, or personal items unless other wise discussed.
	Can we protect carpet from future stains?
	Yes, we can apply fiber protectors like 3M ScotchGuard or Dupont Teflon to your carpet right after it has been cleaned. Fiber protectors will help to repell future stains and make clean up of spills much easier.
	Tile and Grout Cleaning
	How do we clean tile and grout?
	We use the hot water (steam cleaning) method which is very much the same as our carpet cleaning method. The only difference is the cleaning tool and the water pressure. We use a Turbo tile and grout cleaning machine that powers out grease and grime at around 1000-2000 PSI of water pressure at 250°. It is immediately extracted into our truck mounted vacuum recovery tank.
	How long dose it take to dry?
	The tile is virtually dry in minutes after cleaning. The grout takes 15-45 minutes to dry unless we put drying fans out to speed the process. Dry time with fans drastically decreases dry time to just 10-15 minutes.
	When can we seal the grout?
	With our fast dry time, we can actually seal the grout with in minutes of cleaning it.
	Is the cleaning solution safe and dose it have a foul odor?
	This is a popular question, and the answer is yes the cleaning solution is completely safe, non toxic, and biodegradable. It also has no odor.
	Upholstery Cleaning
	Do we clean white upholstery?
	Yes we specialize in cleaning white upholstery.
	How long dose it take to dry?
	Most upholstery drys very quickly. We can speed up the dry time by placing air movers to direct air flow over it while we clean.
	Is it safe for me and my children?
	Yes, almost all of our cleaning solutions are envirenmentaly friendly safe for you and your family.
	Can we protect the fibers from future stains?
